These terms are applicable to all adverts accepted for inclusion on the localkidzone WebSite. References below to "We/our/us" are to localkidzone. By submitting an advert to us, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms.
They may be updated from time to time and therefore subscribers should always read them through before placing or re-submitting their advert.

1 How to place an advert

If
you choose to contact us using a method other than the form
please include all relevant details as requested on the form page.
1.3 Payment - See Payment: Section 3.
1.4 We confirm advert and it's contents to you by email or fax subject
to us deeming the advert suitable for inclusion on our website - See
inclusion on localkidzone site: Section 2.1
1.5 Advert gets posted on appropriate web page upon receipt of payment - localkidzone
aims to have your advert on the site 7 working days after receipt.
If your payment does not clear the advertisement will be removed.
1.6 Your advert will remain in place for 1 calendar year from date of posting on the website.
2 Inclusion on localkidzone
2.1 The advert must relate to localkidzone topics - see Menu page. If we feel
that the advert does not suit localkidzone we reserve the right to refuse
inclusion with no further discussion.
2.2 Advertisement can be as short as you like but no longer than 50 (Fifty) words.
A telephone number or house number constitutes one word.
2.3 If your advertisement appears incorrectly worded or in the wrong section, we apologize.
Please notify us & we will rectify this as soon as possible.
2.4 Your advert will appear in the next available slot on the relevant webpage.
There is no alphabetical listing.
3 Payment
3.1 To be made by cheque payable to localkidzone at:

Please note that Postdated cheques are not accepted.
3.2 Changes - During the term of your subscription you may change your details, i.e
Contact Name, Telephone Number, Address, venue or cost once with no further charge.
Subsequent changes will bear a handling fee of £20.00.
3.3.1 Cancellation - If you cancel your advertisement before payment has been received then
the advert will be cancelled.
3.3.2 If you cancel your advert at any time after payment has been made,
the advert will be removed at the earliest possible opportunity but no refunds can be
given.
4 Personal Safety
4.1 Be aware that you are on the internet. Choose carefully what personal details go into your
advert as they will be available on the world wide web for all to view.
In placing the advert you agree to this publicity.
5 Web Site Guarantee.
5.1 localkidzone makes no 100% guarantee and may from time to time suffer technical problems
unavoidable due to extraneous circumstances.
It is technically impossible to provide a web site free from interruptions and therefore
we do not guarantee that your advert will be provided continuously or free of faults.
In addition, we will need to carry out maintenance of the web site from time to time and
in doing so we shall attempt to keep the disruption to your advert to a minimum.
